• "ClientiB2B" / "we": AceAgency SRL, headquartered in Bucharest, Romania
• "Client" / "you": The individual or entity using our services
• "Services": The cold email outreach services described on this website
• "Qualified lead": A qualified lead from a prospect who matches the defined ICP, confirmed by client

ClientiB2B provides B2B cold email outreach services that include:

• Email infrastructure setup and management
• Audience development and prospect lists
• Copy creation and optimization
• Campaign management and reporting

Services are provided based on packages described on the services page.

• Prices are in EUR and do not include VAT
• Monthly retainer is paid in advance, at the beginning of each month
• Bonus per qualified lead is invoiced at the end of the month
• Setup fee is paid once, at the beginning of the collaboration
• Payment delays of more than 15 days may result in service suspension

We commit to:

• Response to inquiries: within 24 hours (business days)
• Infrastructure uptime: 99.5%
• Reporting: per frequency of chosen package
• Proactive notification for any deliverability issues

• Copy developed by us becomes client property after full payment
• Our methodologies, processes, and tools remain ClientiB2B property
• Prospect lists developed are client property
• Client may not redistribute or resell lists to third parties

Both parties commit to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive business information, including:

• Outreach strategies and copy
• Prospect lists and contact data
• Performance metrics and reports
• Financial information

• We do not guarantee a minimum number of qualified leads or replies
• Our total liability is limited to the value of the last month's retainer
• We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost opportunities
• Client is responsible for compliance of their own product/service with applicable legislation

• Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice
• Upon termination, we deliver all data and prospect lists to the client
• Outstanding invoices remain due regardless of termination
• Configured domains and mailboxes will be transferred or deactivated per client preference
